Write about a genuine experience

Reviews must describe your own recent experience with the company. You can review the same company once every 12 months, and you can edit your review for 30 days.

What we remove

• Reviews written by, for, or on behalf of the company or its competitors.
• Personal information such as phone numbers, addresses or order numbers.
• Hate speech, threats, or illegal content.
• Advertising, spam and links.

How moderation works

Every review is screened automatically when it is submitted. Reviews that look risky are held for a moderator. Anyone can report a review; companies cannot remove reviews themselves.
