Fairvero

Review invitations

Ask every customer. Get reviews that reflect your real business.

Most happy customers never think to leave a review. A short, well-timed email from you changes that, and invited reviews are marked Verified.

From: Your Business via FairveroHow was your order, Priya?

Thanks for shopping with us. Could you take a minute to tell others about your experience?

Three ways to send

From one customer to thousands a month

Use whichever fits how you work today. All three end in the same branded email.

From the dashboard

Type the customer’s email and name, add an order reference and pick a template. Good for a handful a day.

Upload a CSV

Export customers from your shop, booking or billing tool and upload up to 1,000 rows at a time.

Automatically, by API

Your shop or CRM sends each completed order to Fairvero. Nothing to remember, nothing to upload.

What happens

From order to verified review

  1. Order completed

You add the customer in the dashboard, by CSV or through the API.

  2. Email at the right time

Sent straight away, or when you scheduled it, for example three days after delivery.

  3. One reminder

If there is no review after 5 days, one reminder. Never more.

  4. Verified review

The review goes through our usual checks and appears with a Verified badge.

Your format

Bring your customer list as it is

CSV upload

Three columns: email (required), name and reference such as an order number. Up to 1,000 rows per file. Rows with problems are listed after the upload so you can fix and resend them.

API

One request per order, or up to 1,000 at once with the bulk endpoint. The Idempotency-Key header makes retries safe: the same order is never invited twice. Optional fields choose the template, the location and the products to review.

Questions

About invitations

When should I send invitations?

When the experience is complete: a few days after delivery for online orders, the same day for a visit or appointment. Use “Send at” or the API’s sendAt to schedule them.

Will customers be emailed again and again?

No. Each invitation is sent once, with at most one reminder 5 days later if the customer hasn’t reviewed. Customers can stop all requests from your business in one click.

Can I invite only customers I think are happy?

No. Our terms require inviting customers in the same way, whatever you expect them to say. Selective inviting (“review gating”) misleads readers and is not allowed.

What does “Verified” mean on invited reviews?

That the review came from someone you invited, so we know they were really your customer. Readers see the Verified badge on the review.

Can I ask about a specific product?

Yes. Send the product SKUs with the invitation (through the API) and the customer can review those products as well as your service.

What happens to addresses that bounce?

We stop sending to addresses that bounced, complained or unsubscribed, for every future invitation, to protect your sender reputation and the customer.
