About plans and billing
How do paid plans work?
You pay once, up front, for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. Longer terms cost less per month. Nothing renews automatically: we email you 7, 3 and 1 day before your plan ends.
Can I upgrade in the middle of a plan?
Yes. The bigger plan starts straight away and the unused time of your current plan is credited, so you only pay the difference.
Can I extend my plan before it ends?
Yes. Buying more time early adds it after your current plan ends, so you don’t lose any days.
What happens when a plan ends?
Your account moves to the Free plan. Your profile, reviews and replies stay; the lower Free limits apply to anything new you add.
How can I pay?
Businesses in India pay in rupees by UPI, card or net banking. Elsewhere prices are in US dollars, paid by card.
Do invitation limits reset every month on yearly plans?
Yes. Monthly limits such as invitations start again every month, counted from the day your plan started.
Can I get a refund?
Payments are not refunded unless the law requires it. Because nothing renews automatically, you are never charged for time you didn’t choose.
